Payment Options
HealthExpress accepts a number of different ways to pay for your medication, including cheque, bank transfer, postal order and debit/credit cards. After your treatment has been selected and you have supplied your delivery address, you will be able to select the payment option that you prefer. These are the payment options available to you:
Credit/Debit card
Most people generally choose this payment option because it is very simple. After you have placed your order for your medication, you will be able to enter you card details for payment. If you require any form of assistance while paying by credit or debit card, you can call our Patient Support Team.

Bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you can expect that it will take one to two days to clear if it is made within the UK. If it is an international transfer, it should clear within three to four days. Your order will be dispatched one working day after the payment is received. To arrange a transfer, you will need our bank details which you can request by contacting our Patient Support Team.
Cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque you can do so by contacting our Patient Support Team. They will be able to provide you with the details you need for this process. This doesn’t mean you have to take the consultation over the phone; if you contact us with your patient reference number when you have selected your treatment then a Patient Support Advisor will be able to instruct you on the next step. You will need to make a cheque out to Hexpress Healthcare Ltd for the amount that will be displayed to you and send it to the address that can be found on our Contact Us page. Once the cheque has cleared, the order will be dispatched.
Postal order
You will need to contact our Patient Support Team if you would like to pay by postal order. This procedure is almost the safe as if you want to pay by cheque, but you will need to go to a post office to organise the postal order. After we have received your postal order, we will dispatch your order.
