Genuine Medication

Here at HealthExpress, your safety is our priority. That's why we only supply genuine treatments dispensed by registered UK pharmacies. Beware of websites that offer you greatly discounted medications. These are very likely to be counterfeit drugs made in substandard conditions, which can be extremely dangerous to your health.

What are counterfeit medications?

Medications can be described as counterfeit for any number of reasons. It may be something relatively small such as the packaging or labels not being in their original form. On the other hand, the medication itself could be fake, containing the wrong dose of the active ingredient, or a different active ingredient all together. Counterfeit medications have also been found to contain other ingredients, some of which are highly toxic e.g. lead-based paints and rat poison.

Counterfeit medications can be dangerous and sometimes even deadly.

How do I check that the medication I receive is genuine?

All medication comes with a batch number and expiry date marked on the outer packaging (displayed below). You can contact the manufacturer of the medication directly, and they can confirm the authenticity of the medication using the batch number and expiry date.
